Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller regarding the purchase of the internet domain name "ook.es" and/or its associated software assets.

By initiating a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of Assets

  • Domain Name: The internet domain "ook.es" currently registered with IONOS.ES.
  • Software Code: The Next.js/React source code for this website, provided via a private GitHub repository.

2. Transfer Policy

Domain Transfer: Upon receipt of full payment, the Seller will provide the Auth-Code (EPP Code) within 24 hours. You are responsible for initiating the transfer at your registrar. The Seller is released from liability once the code is delivered and the transfer is unlocked at IONOS.ES.

Code Delivery: Access to the private GitHub repository will be granted to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for cloning/downloading the code immediately.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the irreversible nature of domain transfers and digital code delivery, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances once the Auth-Code or GitHub access has been sent.

4. Limitation of Liability (As-Is)

The Domain and Software are sold "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind.

  • Domain Health: The Seller warrants that they are the legal owner. However, the Seller is not liable for future search engine rankings, blacklisting issues caused by the Buyer, or renewal failures.
  • Software Usage: The Seller is not responsible for bugs, security vulnerabilities, or compatibility issues in the provided code. You accept full responsibility for deploying, maintaining, and securing the application.
  • Damages: The Seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from the use or inability to use the domain or software.

5. Software License

The software code is provided under the Apache License 2.0. You are free to modify and distribute it, but the software comes with NO WARRANTY. The Seller retains no rights to your specific modifications once ownership is transferred.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from this sale shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madrid, Spain.
